Custom Orders

1. I require a minimum order of 1 dozen cookies. (If you need fewer cookies, stay tuned for pre-sales and/or pop up shop events!) Due to the detailed nature of decorated cookies, I am unable to offer discounts regardless of quantity. If you are on a budget, let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your needs and budget.

2. Due to copyright protection, I am unable to replicate images such as Disney, favorite characters, or sports logos.

3. I will not create any adult themed designs.

Payments and Refunds

1. The date of the event is considered “booked” upon receipt of 50% of the order, at least 14 days in advance of pick up.

2. If the Client fails to make payment, order will be cancelled.

3. Refunds will be given on a case by case basis depending upon where I am in the process of fulfilling the order. If you need to cancel your order, please notify me as soon as possible! If I have started the work, only 50% of order will be given to cover the cost of goods.

4. Once you pick up your order, I am not liable for any damage to your order (dropping, breakage, dog ate them, left them in a hot car, you get the idea). Keep them safe and cool. Cookies are wrapped in heat-sealed packaging to keep them fresher longer. They may be frozen in the package, inside an airtight container, and left on a counter to completely thaw before opening the container.

5. Any order that is not picked up 2 days after the scheduled date and time will be forfeited with no refund given.

Changes to Order

1. Any changes must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the event and may be incorporated at my discretion.

2. There will be no changes allowed 7 days prior to the event.

Allergy & Dietary Warnings

1. This product was produced in a home kitchen in DeKalb County, IL, not inspected by a health department, that may also process common food allergens. If you have safety concerns, please contact your local health department.

2. Products may contain and/or are made in a kitchen which also processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. I am unable to serve those who have severe food allergies at this time.

3. The Client is responsible for pointing out to guests any potential allergy hazards.

Patti Bake reserves the right to use all photographs, videos, or other content of the custom order that I create for advertising purposes unless otherwise requested and agreed upon mutually.
